Job Title: SAP FICO Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP financial modules and experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions for business processes. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide functional expertise, and assist in configuring the SAP system to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting, Controlling, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GL account etc.).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Work with clients to gather requirements, define business processes, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profit center accounting.
• Perform integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
• Provide support for post-go-live activities, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within SAP FICO.
• Prepare and deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Conduct testing and validation of SAP configurations to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and optimization of SAP processes.
• Continuously stay up to date with SAP updates, enhancements, and new features related to FICO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP FICO consultant with at least 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization.
• Experience with integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
• Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with business users and technical teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies and SAP implementation lifecycles.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in FICO or related areas.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar advanced SAP technologies.
• Knowledge of global finance and accounting processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
