Job Title:  Manager | SAP PP | Pune | SAP

SAP Production Planning (PP) | Experience: ~12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Lead SAP Production Planning design and implementation activities for S/4HANA

·      Define and optimize end-to-end production planning processes including MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control

·      Collaborate with business users to gather and validate production planning requirements

·      Ensure integration with MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

·      Support data migration activities for material masters, BOMs, routings, and production versions

·      Participate in testing phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover readiness

·      Provide functional expertise during hypercare and post-go-live support

Key Skills Required:

·      Strong functional expertise in SAP PP including MRP, demand management, and production orders

·      Hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA PP migration or S/4HANA implementations

·      Experience with S/4HANA PP enhancements such as MRP Live and advanced planning capabilities

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders
