SAP REFX Professional should have:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the RE-FX workstream across blueprinting, configuration, SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Design and implement leasing processes: lease-in/lease-out, valuations, conditions, renewals.
• Ensure IFRS 16/Ind-AS 116 compliance and integration with FI/CO/AA/MM/PM.
• Manage full lifecycle SAP REFX projects (definition, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare).
• Ensure delivery aligns with Deloitte’s quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with other SAP modules (FI/CO, Group Reporting, MM) and integration partners.
• Review WRICEF objects, functional specs, testing scenarios, and system design documents.
• Conduct business workshops, drive solution sign-offs, and manage stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Define best‑practice REFX configurations for leasing, contract management, asset accounting, and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX implementation (minimum 3 full-cycle projects).in S/4 HANA
• Deep knowledge of lease accounting, valuation rules, and ROU asset postings.
• Expertise in S/4HANA RE-FX (mandatory)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to translate complex business lease requirements into technical specifications and configuration.
• Ready to travel
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• SAP RE-FX certification preferred
