Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Manager

Must Have:

  • 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing ServiceNow development teams.
  • Lead and drive ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, best practices, and technical standards.
  • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including design, development, configuration, and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring quality and efficiency in solution delivery.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and Service Portal customization.
  • Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and KAFKA.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, drive innovation, and enhance platform capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and emerging technologies to optimize platform performance.

Good to Have / Preferred:

  • Experience with TPRM, BCM, ESG, SIR, VR, ITAM, SAM, or HAM modules.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for ServiceNow.

Certifications:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred
