Job Title:  Manager | ServiceNow | Pune | ServiceNow

Candidate should have min 8-10 years of extensive experience to work on ServiceNow, with minimum 4-5 years in ITAM modules.

Candidate should have very good knowledge around design, implement and governs comprehensive ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.

Candidate will focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to align with business goals. 

Key responsibilities include gathering technical requirements, creating scalable architectural designs, ensuring best practices, mentoring development teams, and leading the integration of ITAM modules with other ServiceNow components like CMDB, ITSM etc.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. 

Candidate should have active ServiceNow CIS HAM/SAM Certifications.
