Your work profile

Manager  with 8+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation initiatives. Expertise in ServiceNow, AI/LLM-based solutions, and enterprise integrations across global financial services.

Proven track record in architecting scalable platforms, leading cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end delivery, and implementing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and generate significant business value.

Skilled in ServiceNow FSO, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, CI/CD, payment orchestration, and intelligent process automation across multi-market environments.

Key skills required

 Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based workflow orchestration and automation solutions.

 Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and drive project execution.

 Design and implement scalable integrations between ServiceNow, mainframe applications, RPA platforms, and enterprise systems.

 Develop low-code/no-code solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, and UI Builder.

 Architect intelligent automation solutions leveraging AI/ML, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and conversational interfaces.

 Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.

 Drive CI/CD adoption, release management, and infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible.

 Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence across global markets.

 Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to optimize processes and improve user experience.

 Mentor team members, establish best practices, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
