Your Work Profile

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable enterprise solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams. You will leverage expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server, Snowflake, AI solutions, On-Premises Data Gateway, and enterprise integrations to drive digital transformation and enable seamless connectivity across business applications and data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution architecture, cloud technologies, data platforms, and enterprise integrations, with the ability to define architecture strategies, lead technical discussions, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio).
• Architect scalable integration solutions across ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
• Design data solutions leveraging SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, and cloud-native technologies.
• Develop integration frameworks using APIs, middleware, connectors, and event-driven architectures.
• Configure and manage On-Premises Data Gateway to support secure hybrid integrations.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives utilizing Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, and Generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, best practices, and solution roadmaps.
• Ensure security, compliance, performance optimization, and data governance across implemented solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and design sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout project lifecycles.

Key Skills Required

• 9+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.

Azure Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience with:

• Azure Functions

• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure AI Services

Preferred Experience

• Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot implementations.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle ERP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Solution estimation, technical consulting, and stakeholder-facing architecture discussions.
• Microsoft Azure and Power Platform certifications are preferred.
