Solution Architect / Tech Lead – Integration

Role Purpose 

This role bridges vision and execution—translating enterprise standards into robust, scalable integration solutions. You will provide technical leadership to engineering squads and ensure that Syngenta’s integration services are secure, reliable, and built for longterm sustainability. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design endtoend integration solutions (APIs, streaming, middleware). 
• Produce HLD/LLD, define NFRs, and ensure alignment with enterprise patterns. 
• Oversee technical delivery in collaboration with engineering leads. 
• Guide teams on best practices, code quality, and API lifecycle management. 
• Ensure compliance with Syngenta’s security, privacy, and global regulatory frameworks. 
• Support performance testing, incident resolution, and deployment planning. 

Requirements 

• 8–12 years in integration design and engineering leadership. 
• Strong practical exposure to Azure Integration, API gateways, Kafka/Event Hubs, and DevOps. 
• Ability to coach developers and drive modern engineering practices.
