Job Title:  Manager | Source to Procure | Pune | Supply Chain & Network Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in procurement transformation, process optimization, and technology enablement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end S2P processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, procurement operations, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver S2P transformation projects across industries, focusing on process improvement, automation, and digital enablement.
• Analyze current procurement processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and implement S2P solutions using platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or other leading procurement technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Develop and deliver training, change management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Support vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding processes.
• Monitor KPIs and procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
• Provide thought leadership and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
