Role Summary

Lead enterprise-scale performance engineering initiatives across telecom and digital platforms. Drive performance strategy, governance, capacity planning, performance risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define performance strategy; Execute load, stress, endurance and scalability testing; Validate NFRs and SLAs; Identify bottlenecks across application, database and infrastructure layers; Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines; Lead performance reviews and executive reporting.
