The team

Capital Markets Operations supports front, middle, and back office functions across the trade lifecycle. The team plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity,

supporting regulatory compliance, driving remediation programs, and enabling successful system enhancements through robust User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant / Consultant in the Capital Markets Operations team (Reference Data & Static Setup), you will work closely with global stakeholders, technology

teams, and business users to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reference and static data across trading platforms and downstream systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

·      Managing and maintaining reference data and static data setup for capital markets products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives.

·      Supporting remediation initiatives to address data quality issues, control gaps, audit findings, and regulatory requirements.

·      Performing data analysis, validation, and root cause analysis to prevent recurring data issues.

·      Partnering with front office, middle office, back office, risk, finance, and technology teams to resolve data exceptions.

·      Actively contributing to UAT testing by understanding business requirements, creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and tracking defects.

·      Ensuring system changes meet business expectations and regulatory standards before production deployment.

·      Preparing and maintaining documentation such as SOPs, test scripts, run books, and control checklists.

·      Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across data governance, controls, and operating processes.

Key skills required: 

·      Strong understanding of Capital Markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives).

·      Familiarity with data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and issue management.

·      Hands-on experience in UAT testing, including test case design, execution, defect management, and sign-off.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·      Experience working with vendor platforms or in-house trading systems is desirable.

·      Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
