Your work profile
As a Con/ Senior Consultant in our Oracle Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of developers and coordinate their efforts to ensure the successful completion of projects.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
3. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Develop project plans, set realistic timelines, and manage resources effectively to meet project goals and deliverables.
5. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
6. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to established guidelines.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
8. Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years of experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus Or Post Graduation (MBA, PGDM), CA.
Technical Skills:
We are currently seeking multiple skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Resources to join our team. Senior Consultants with expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials. These positions are crucial in supporting our clients' financial management needs and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimal solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials, including solution design, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials to guide clients in best practices, system optimization, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud Financials applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features, updates, and industry trends, proactively suggesting enhancements and recommending new functionalities.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Flexible in working in multiple time zones to support client and project needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Financials as a Senior Consultant.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
- Proven track record in leading Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and delivering successful solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Location and way of working
- Base location: PAN India
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
