Your work profile

• We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET / Senior Automation Test Engineer with 6–10 years of Quality Engineering experience to lead Web and API automation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Selenium with Java and API Automation, along with strong technical leadership, framework ownership, mentoring capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• This role requires driving automation excellence while partnering with development teams and clients to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks for Web and API testing.
• Develop and review automation scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Lead API automation initiatives using Karate and ReadyAPI/SoapUI.
• Define and drive automation strategy across projects to improve quality and automation coverage.
• Review automation code and enforce coding standards, best practices, and framework guidelines.
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Lead automation planning, estimation, execution, and delivery for multiple releases.
• Drive automation integration with GitHub Actions and Jenkins to support continuous integration.
• Analyze automation execution results, lead defect triage discussions, and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide regular automation status, quality metrics, and risk updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks, processes, and engineering practices.
• Support browser compatibility testing using SauceLabs and Perfecto.
• Participate in sprint planning, release planning, technical discussions, and quality reviews.

Key skills required 

• 6-9 years of exp
• SQA Automation Engineer (UI + API)
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in automated testing practices (e.g. QTest, Tools Selenium, Karate Framework SoapUI/ReadyAPI, DevTest, Bobcat, Mocha, Saucelabs, Perfecto, Azure Data Studio, Github actions, Jenkins and Jira etc.) and generating scripts for test automation
• Minimum one (1) year of debugging code and analytics tags in web or mobile app using Chrome developer, Charles, and other debugging tools
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
• Independent and leader in testing automation
