Your work profile

We are looking for Consultant/Senior Consultants for the Engineering practice. The role involves responsibility for being a part of/leading a work stream or module on a large-scale project or overall delivery lead in case of short term/ small scale engagement. Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to help define and execute/contribute to end-to-end cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain microservices and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement microservice standards such as service discovery, API gateway patterns, inter-service communication, etc.
• Work with data teams to integrate services using SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation, containerization, and environment support.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions.
• Debug production issues and contribute to improving observability and system resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building Microservices architecture.
• Experience in RESTful API development and integration.
• Exposure to DevOps concepts, automation, and modern deployment practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines—preferably using Jenkins.
• Understanding of microservices patterns:
• Service registry/discovery
• Circuit breakers
• API gateway
• Inter-service communication (REST/gRPC/Message queues)
• Familiarity with version control systems—Git.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Education : Any Graduate

• AWS
• Kafka/NATS
