Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the technical team.

Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user stories.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement walkthroughs with business and IT teams.

4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, data, or digital transformation projects.

Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
