Role Overview
We are seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant with a strong blend of Business Analysis and Product Management capabilities, complemented by techno-functional expertise. The role involves driving end-to-end requirement management, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting product/solution delivery across digital and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and solution specifications
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure effective solution design and delivery
- Support product lifecycle activities including backlog management, prioritization, and release planning
- Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and technology architecture
- Contribute to UAT planning, execution, and defect management
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–9 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or techno-functional roles
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product delivery frameworks
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors)
- Experience in requirement documentation, user stories, and process mapping
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience in Automobile or Employee/Human Capital-related domains
- Exposure to SAP ecosystems or enterprise platforms
- Experience working on digital transformation or AI-driven initiatives
