Your Work Profile
The C/C++ Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining protocol stack implementations, networking components, and test automation solutions for Linux and Windows platforms. The role requires strong expertise in C/C++ development, network programming, system-level development, debugging, and software architecture.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with communication protocols, client-server applications, multithreaded systems, and cross-platform software development. Experience with BACnet or building automation technologies will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain protocol stack implementations in C/C++ for Linux and Windows platforms.
- Develop, enhance, and optimize networking components utilizing TCP/IP and related communication protocols.
- Design and implement high-performance client-server architectures.
- Develop system-level software components involving threading, synchronization, IPC, and networking.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Analyze application crashes, memory issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain Makefiles and CMake build configurations for multi-platform deployment.
- Develop automated test frameworks and scripts using Python and Perl.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and technical documentation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and software development best practices.
- Support continuous integration and software release activities.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
