Your work profile

·       Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

·       Ensure alignment of developed solutions with business logic and requirements

·       Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, plugins)

·       Handle end-to-end integration lifecycle including troubleshooting and optimization

·       Design and develop ServiceNow portals with custom widgets and enhancements

·       Collaborate with teams to deliver user-friendly and scalable portal solutions

·       Work across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management

·       Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards

·       Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

·       Understand workflows across environments and support iterative delivery

·       Maintain technical documentation for all developments

·       Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with standards

·       Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders

·       Act as a self-reliable contributor with minimal supervision

·       Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and integration technologies

·       Recommend and implement improvements for platform efficiency

 

 

Key skills required

·       Minimum 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

·       Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations (end-to-end)

·       Hands-on experience in Service Portal development

·       Good understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management

·       Strong knowledge of client-side & server-side scripting (JavaScript)

·       Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·       Good communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Ability to work independently with high ownership
