Your work profile

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Digital Transformation within the Retail Banking domain.
• Digital & Domain Expertise - Strong experience in Mobile and Web Banking journeys (WPB Digital).
• In-depth understanding of customer journeys, mobile journeys, and digital transformation initiatives in retail banking (mandatory).
• Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience in delivering digital banking products.
• Experience working in complex and large‑scale deployment environments.
• Business Analysis & Agile Delivery- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and framing user stories.
• Proven track record in driving digital transformation projects within retail banking.
• Solid working knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Mandatory exposure to WPB Digital (Retail Banking – Mobile/Web) ecosystems.

Key skills required

• Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and standard Business Analysis tools.
• Prior HSBC experience is preferred.

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, stakeholder management, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong background in the Retail Banking domain with exposure to multi‑market project delivery.
• Education: UG and above
