Role : Senior Consultant

Designation : SCon – 8 to 10 years

JD :

·      Delivery Lead with Digital transformation experience in the retail banking sector in a complex Global delivery engagement. Prior HSBC experience is a must have

·      The candidate should have led the engagement at a program level, managing a team of project managers.

·      The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation/mobile banking – WPB(retail) Digital (mobile/web exp)

·      Project Management skills – end to end delivery, RAID log reporting, Risk reporting and mitigation, presenting in Steering Committee

·      Excellent agile knowledge 

·      Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders 

·      Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence, JIRA, excel, etc.). 

·      Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products 

·      Should have exposure to digital transformation, mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain. Exposure to mobile journeys/digital transformation in retail banking is mandatory.
