Your work profile

  • Integration Delivery & Solution Leadership
  • Architect and implement complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and REST/SOAP APIs to seamlessly connect Oracle SaaS with external boundary systems.
  • Define and govern technical architecture across OIC, APEX, VBCS, and business processes/workflow solutions.
  • Establish robust integration patterns, reusable templates/libraries, coding standards, and delivery governance frameworks.
  • Lead development across multiple patterns, including app-driven orchestrations, scheduled orchestrations, file transfers (MFT), and event-based architectures.
  • Design advanced configurations utilizing OIC Cloud Adapters (ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, REST, SOAP, FTP, ServiceNow) and configure secure on-premise OIC Connectivity Agents.
  • Enforce strict security practices, including OAuth 2.0, SSL certificates, Basic Authentication, and Oracle Cloud Security frameworks.
  • Team Management & Quality Assurance
  • Lead a team of technical developers, effectively coordinating task allocations, sprint deliverables, and resource capacity.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, actively fostering skill development and professional growth.
  • Conduct rigorous technical code reviews to verify code quality, data alignment, error-handling mechanisms, and system performance standards.
  • Direct the creation of custom technical components across the wider RICEFW scope (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) using Oracle best practices.
  • Client Engagement & Execution Excellence
  • Act as the primary integration point of contact for client stakeholders, leading technical workshops, architecture reviews, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants to map complex business requirements into high-performing, scalable technical designs.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle phases, including estimation, technical documentation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live hypercare support.
  • Troubleshoot complex environment issues, driving root-cause analysis (RCA) and implementing quick, effective resolutions for payload errors or performance bottlenecks.

  • Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or related technical fields.
  • Core Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is mandatory.
  • Web Services & Languages: Mastery of REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XQuery, and XSLT.
  • Database & Extensibility: Strong background in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and developing applications using Oracle APEX and VBCS.
  • Data Migration Foundations: Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS data loading frameworks like FBDI and HDL, alongside reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
  • Methodologies: Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments with a clear grasp of DevOps/DevSecOps tools and pipelines.

Key skills required

  • Provide solution leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and PPM modules (Projects, Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Contracts)
  • Guide solution architecture for project-centric finance transformations, including capitalization, revenue recognition, and cost accounting
  • Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migrations involving Financials and PPM
  • Drive adoption of Oracle leading practices, Deloitte accelerators, and cloud-native capabilities such as automation and advanced reporting
