Your work profile
- Own end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solution design and implementation for S/4HANA or ECC
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to asset management, maintenance planning, and execution
- Configure and optimize SAP PM processes including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment
- Manage master data such as equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, and work centers
- Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management processes
- Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI
- Drive workshops, blueprinting, and preparation of functional specifications for PM enhancements
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist in cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live support
- Monitor and resolve maintenance-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and improved asset performance
Key skills required
- Strong expertise in SAP PM processes including maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and asset management
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM configuration and implementation projects
- Knowledge of PM master data such as equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans
- Understanding of integration points with MM, PP, QM, and FI modules
- Experience in industries with heavy asset utilization such as manufacturing, utilities, or oil & gas
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
- SAP PM certification or S/4HANA Asset Management certification is an added advantage
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
