Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
• Drive the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions within S/4HANA transformation programs
• Conduct workshops with maintenance managers, engineers, reliability teams, and HSE stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
• Analyze maintenance planning, execution, and reporting processes and translate them into SAP PM solutions
• Configure SAP PM based on business requirements and industry best practices
• Support integration of SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, FI, and CO modules
• Participate in testing, cutover planning, data migration, and Go-Live support activities
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments, enhancements, and RICEFW objects
• Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation and user manuals
• Troubleshoot system issues and support production environments
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and implementation methodologies
Key skills required
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
• MBA or Master's degree is preferred
• 5-8 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience with expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP PM implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance BOMs, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Notifications, and Maintenance Orders
• Experience in preventive, corrective, breakdown, condition-based, and performance-based maintenance processes
• Strong understanding of work order management, maintenance execution, and cost settlement processes
• Experience configuring order types, settlement rules, and cost collector structures
• Knowledge of PM-E (Process Industry Extensions) for hazardous material handling and batch management is preferred
• Good understanding of SAP PM integration with MM, PP, QM, FI, and CO modules
• Experience working with SAP Fiori applications for Plant Maintenance
• Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects and custom developments related to SAP PM
• Strong understanding of data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities
• Experience collaborating with technical teams for enhancements and interface developments
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel for short-term and long-term project assignments
