Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP PM | Pune | SAP

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) | Experience: 8+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Own end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solution design and implementation for S/4HANA or ECC

· Gather and analyze business requirements related to asset management, maintenance planning, and execution

· Configure and optimize SAP PM processes including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment

· Manage master data such as equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, and work centers

· Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management processes

· Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI

· Drive workshops, blueprinting, and preparation of functional specifications for PM enhancements

· Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

· Assist in cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live support

· Monitor and resolve maintenance-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and improved asset performance

Key Skills Required:

· Strong expertise in SAP PM processes including maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and asset management

· Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM configuration and implementation projects

· Knowledge of PM master data such as equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans

· Understanding of integration points with MM, PP, QM, and FI modules

· Experience in industries with heavy asset utilization such as manufacturing, utilities, or oil & gas

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

· Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities

· SAP PM certification or S/4HANA Asset Management certification is an added advantage
