Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP PP | Pune | SAP

SAP Production Planning (PP) | Experience: 10+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Own end-to-end SAP Production Planning (PP) solution design and implementation for S/4HANA or ECC

· Gather and analyze business requirements related to production, demand planning, MRP, and shop floor execution

· Configure and optimize SAP PP processes including MRP, BOM, routings, work centers, and production orders

· Lead production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and shop floor control processes

· Integrate PP with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and PM

· Drive solution design workshops, blueprinting, and functional specifications for PP enhancements

· Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

· Assist in cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live support

· Identify and resolve production-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and ensure best practices are followed

Key Skills Required:

· Strong expertise in SAP PP processes including MRP, demand management, production orders, and capacity planning

· Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP configuration and implementation projects

· Knowledge of production master data such as BOM, routing, work centers, and production versions

· Understanding of integration points with MM, SD, QM, and other SAP modules

· Experience in manufacturing environments (discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing)

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

· Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities

· SAP PP certification or S/4HANA Manufacturing certification is an added advantage
