Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP PaPM | Pune | SAP

Experience of 3+ years in SAP PaPM, specializing in transfer pricing, BEPS Pillar 2, and cost allocations. end-to-end PaPM configuration, Cost allocation & tax-related applications, SAC integration, and performance optimization in SAP PaPM and S/4HANA transformation projects.

Overall SAP consulting experience of 10+ years

Responsibilities include

• Designing accounting data models and rules engines to deliver higher quality and more accessible financial information

• Understand current state finance data architecture, compare finance data elements (Chart of Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center etc.) against industry benchmarks, identify gaps in current state, rationalize and design future state finance data architecture

• Customize PaPM models to cater to specific client needs, including creating calculation rules, allocation rules, and reporting structures.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the PaPM solution.

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.

• Solution Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement scalable SAP PaPM solutions with custom models, rules, and calculations.

• Technical Development: Develop data models, PAPM Functions, interfaces, and custom reports.

• Testing and Validation: Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing, and resolve issues.

• Documentation and Training: Document configurations and processes, provide training and support.

• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance.

•       In-depth understanding of financial processes, profitability analysis, and performance management

•       Working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA , BW, PAPM, SAC

•       Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques

•       Capable and flexible to work in cross-functional teams and cross-cultural teams across multiple locations and time zones
