Your work profile.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Salesforce Developer / Consultant to design and deliver complex, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Salesforce Field Service (FSL), and enterprise integrations. This role combines deep hands-on development with solution consulting, technical leadership, and ownership of end-to-end delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Development

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions using:
  • Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Complex automation and business logic
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
  • Ensure performance, security, and governor-limit compliance

 

Sales Cloud & FSL Expertise

  • Lead technical implementation of Sales Cloud:
  • Opportunity lifecycle, Forecasting, Territory Management
  • Approval frameworks, custom pricing logic
  • Design and extend Salesforce Field Service (FSL):
  • Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies
  • Dispatcher Console enhancements
  • Field Service Mobile App customizations (offline scenarios)

Integration Architecture & Development

  • Design and build integrations using:
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Platform Events & CDC
  • Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
  • Define integration patterns, error handling, retries, and monitoring
  • Support ERP, inventory, billing, and external scheduling integrations

 

Technical Leadership & Consulting

  • Act as technical lead for one or more workstreams
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders
  • Provide technical estimates, solution options, and risk assessments

 

DevOps, Quality & Support

  • Drive CI/CD using Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps
  • Ensure unit test coverage, code quality, and release readiness
  • Lead L3 production issue resolution and root-cause analysis

 

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 6–10 years of software development experience
  • 4–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development
  • Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Field Service (FSL)
  • Proven experience designing and building integrations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and limits

 

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification
  • Experience with large data volumes and performance tuning
  • Exposure to multi-org or global Salesforce landscapes
  • Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation programs

  • Ability to influence technical decisions
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
