We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with expertise in Power BI, SQL, and modern data platforms to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, report optimization, and stakeholder engagement, enabling data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Exp range between 4-7 years.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for business stakeholders.

·       Create and manage scalable semantic models, datasets, and data warehouse reporting solutions.

·       Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and business logic to support reporting requirements.

·       Perform data modeling using dimensional modeling principles and best practices.

·       Optimize Power BI report performance, dataset refreshes, and DAX queries for large-scale enterprise environments.

·       Collaborate with business users, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into analytical solutions.

·       Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Power Query (M), Microsoft Fabric, or cloud-based data platforms.

·       Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and security across reporting solutions.

·       Implement row-level security (RLS), workspace management, deployment pipelines, and report lifecycle management.

·       Support BI platform modernization and migration initiatives from Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, or other reporting platforms to Power BI.

·       Leverage automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline reporting and business processes.

·       Work closely with data engineering teams to integrate data from SQL Server, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and other enterprise data sources.

·       Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for Power BI users and stakeholders.

·       Follow BI development standards, documentation practices, and governance frameworks.

Key Skills required:

•        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field

•        4-7  years of hands-on experience  in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Power BI Development.

•        Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

•        Advanced proficiency in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M).

•        Experience in designing and implementing enterprise data models and semantic models.

•        Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, star schema, and dimensional modeling.

•        Experience with SQL Server and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift.

•        Experience developing executive dashboards, operational reports, and KPI scorecards.

•        Strong stakeholder management and business requirement gathering skills.

•        Proven experience in report optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

•        Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills:

•        Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SSRS, and SSAS.

•        Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate integration.

•        Hands-on experience with BI migration projects (Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik to Power BI).

•         

Candidate must visit the client office 3 days in week
