The Team

The Corporate Applications team focuses on delivering scalable automation solutions using Microsoft technologies to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance user experiences across the organization.
Your Work Profile
As a Power Automate Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technology teams to build scalable and reliable workflows that automate business processes and drive operational efficiency.
This role requires strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps Canvas Apps, SQL Development, and technical design documentation. The successful candidate will be capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions, preparing HLDs and LLDs, and delivering high-quality automation solutions aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Desktop workflows for business process automation.
- Build and optimize Power Automate Cloud Flows integrating Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, and external applications.
- Develop and enhance Power Apps Canvas Apps with custom business logic and seamless integrations.
- Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, and data integrations.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement best practices around security, governance, documentation, and version control.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing automations to improve performance and reliability.
- Support solution deployment activities and provide post-production support.
- Participate in design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- 8+ years of experience in Power Platform and automation development.

- Experience integrating enterprise applications and external systems.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
Technical Experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform architecture.
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Git is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Exposure to JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell scripting is desirable.
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, PL-500, or PL-600 are preferred.
