About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Agile delivery to join our team supporting a leading Banking client. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs, working in Agile environments, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology programs within the Banking domain
• Coordinate across multiple Agile teams, facilitating Scrum of Scrums and aligning on program-level goals
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives across squads
• Utilize Jira and other Agile tools to track progress, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure timely reporting, risk mitigation, and escalation to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Technology Leads
• Act as the single point of contact for program governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking
• Align with SAFe practices and contribute to PI Planning and ART syncs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Program/Project Management within the IT or Banking domain
• Proven experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Hands-on expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Agile tracking tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience conducting Scrum of Scrums and managing inter-team dependencies
• Exposure to hybrid work models and distributed teams

Good to Have

• Certified in Agile Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe (e.g., SAFe Agilist, RTE)
• Experience in a regulated industry (Banking, Finance, Insurance)
• Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, or cloud delivery environments
