About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join Deloitte’s Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) practice in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Agile and Scrum background, hands-on delivery experience, and the ability to manage complex client-facing technology programs. The role demands end-to-end program ownership — from planning, execution, and governance to stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agile delivery programs across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with clients, product owners, and technology leads to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and release planning to ensure predictable delivery.
• Implement Agile and DevOps best practices, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s delivery standards.
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and escalation paths across technology streams.
• Collaborate with distributed teams (India, UK, US) and ensure strong stakeholder communication and governance.
• Track and report key metrics (velocity, burn-down, throughput, etc.) to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engagement leaders and architects on technical solution planning and roadmap execution.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams to strengthen Agile maturity across engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in IT delivery with at least 4 years in Agile Program or Project Management.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master / Agile Program Manager managing multi-squad Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practical implementation experience.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA / Confluence / Azure DevOps tools.
• Experience working in hybrid or distributed delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and quality governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist.
• Prior experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to cloud or data transformation programs (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience coordinating across global delivery teams.
