Job Title: Senior Manager | F&A Operate: Procure to Pay | Pune | Finance Transformation
Senior Manager will be responsible for overall ownership and delivery of activities within the Procure to Pay (P2P) function/process, (for e.g., Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Travel & Expense Management, Accounts Payable) and will be designated as the ‘Tower Head’ for the P2P function. Key responsibilities for the Senior Manager will include:
· Seamless delivery of P2P activities/sub processes/processes
· Reporting to senior internal and client stakeholders (per cadence/as required)
· Ensuring adherence to delivery SLAs / KPIs
Overall leadership of P2P team (300+ team members)
Strategic Transition and Service Delivery
· Serve as the ‘Tower Head’ for the entire P2P process, driving strategic transitions from clients and overseeing steady-state activities.
· Develop and execute the Master Transition Plan (MTP) for processes moving from clients, functioning as a senior program manager.
· Strategically monitor and manage resourcing requirements and hiring in alignment with delivery needs and the MTP.
· Oversee and ensure the successful knowledge transition, training, and technology integration to facilitate smooth transitions.
· Guarantee seamless service delivery in alignment with agreed SLAs/KPIs.
· Lead the preparation and presentation of reports to internal and client stakeholders (as per cadence / ad hoc).
· Ensure timely and accurate responses to audit queries and information requests.
Operational Excellence and Innovation
· Act as a senior functional expert for clients, delivering value-driven transformation of P2P processes using cutting-edge tools & technology.
· Champion process excellence and innovation across end-to-end P2P processes.
· Drive high-impact process standardization and transformation projects.
· Collaborate with leadership to align on improvement roadmaps, performance targets, and address roadblocks.
· Apply forward-thinking strategies, best practices, and innovative insights to enhance delivery SLAs/metrics.
· Provide senior-level subject matter expertise to internal and client stakeholders on P2P processes/activities as required.
Change Management
· Act as a senior change champion, driving change management for transformational initiatives.
· Oversee and approve updates to process documentation (SOPs, process maps, desktop procedures, etc.) in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
Governance & Risk Management
· Convene and lead governance meetings with relevant stakeholders as per governance cadence.
· Review and assess process performance with relevant stakeholders.
· Ensure timely escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders and senior leadership (as required) and proactively mitigate issues and risks reported by stakeholders
People Management & Development
· Build and nurture relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
· Provide strategic oversight and performance management for the team.
· Lead the hiring and development of junior practitioners.
· Demonstrate advanced client interfacing skills and foster a client-centric culture
