Job Description:

• Role - BPR Sr. Consultant/ Manager/ AD
• Location – Bengaluru & Hyderabad

1. Lead delivery of process re-engineering agenda across the business
2. Design Processing Journeys that are centered around customer centricity, with solutions focusing on customer CTQs.
3. Designing and implementing global or regional initiatives, working with stakeholder to identify opportunities, designing proposed changes, implementing and embedding the change, realizing expected saves / customer impacts upon closure.
4. Plan, design and implement a program of transformation across global teams, resulting in improved client experience, reduced cost to the operation and increased efficiency within operational processes.
5. Manage solution design (IT and Non-IT) and drive prioritization with wider program stakeholders.
6. Establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methods.
7. Ensure development of metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunities.
8. Understand policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and work with relevant Risk Stewards to determine risk-based solutions.
9. Benchmarking competitors - Conducts analyses on business segments, competitive landscape and industry environment to determine process recommendations and impact.
