Summary:

As a Business Analyst within the Wealth Management sector you will lead digital transformation projects for our Retail Banking clients. Your role will involve in-depth involvement in the development and optimization Wealth   platforms, enhancing the investment experience for retail banking clients through innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technology Teams, and Senior Stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals.

Role Description:

• Support and advise Product Owners in the development and refinement of the product roadmap, including the creation of epics, user stories, and the management of the product backlog, with a specific focus on share trading platforms.
• Analyze and improve customer journeys and product functionalities within the share trading domain, ensuring a seamless and efficient trading experience for users.
• Engage with senior project and program managers, as well as product owners, to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business needs and strategic goals in the share trading space.
• Conduct in-depth impact assessments for proposed changes, ensuring all requirements are aligned with strategic data models, operating models, and that exceptions are documented and ratified.
• Manage and document the traceability and ownership of each requirement, ensuring that all features have associated benefits and success criteria clearly defined.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) specific to share trading platforms.
• Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of UAT, coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure successful validation and implementation of share trading platform features.
• Run effective workshops and training sessions for client business users on share trading platform functionalities and enhancements.
• Experience in assessing and designing Target Operating Models (TOM) for clients with share trading platforms, ensuring efficient and scalable operations.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects within the wealth management sector
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking customer journeys related to investment and trading activities, including trade lifecycle, equity, derivatives etc.
• Strong background in product functionality analysis and optimization in the context of share trading.
• Proficient in writing technical and business documentation related to share trading platforms and conducting comprehensive UAT.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business users.
• Previous experience in process mapping, impact analysis, and the design of Target Operating Models (TOM) for share trading platforms.
• Any one of: Avaloq, Wealth Portfolio Management, Wealth planning tools, Client onboarding onto wealth platforms, good exposure to Wealth domains and Digital Wealth journeys, good understanding of any of the Investment product like Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Alternatives, and Structured Products.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects within the wealth management sector as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in writing technical and business documentation and conducting comprehensive UAT.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business users.
• Support and advise Product Owners in the development and refinement of the product roadmap, including the creation of epics, user stories, and the management of the product backlog.
