Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technology initiatives and drive cross-functional programs across engineering, product, operations, security, and business teams. The TPM will be responsible for planning, executing, governing, and delivering large-scale technology programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, technical acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions in an Agile environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs from initiation through deployment and operational transition.
  • Define program scope, objectives, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of program goals.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.

 

Technical Delivery Management

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical execution plans.
  • Monitor program progress, delivery metrics, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to technology, security, and compliance standards.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Build strong partnerships across global teams and external stakeholders.

 

Agile Program Execution

  • Champion Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Coordinate multiple Agile teams and manage release planning activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery excellence and operational efficiency.

 

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, privacy, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, legal, and compliance teams as needed.
  • Establish and track mitigation plans for business and technology risks.

 

Financial & Resource Management

  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
  • Track program costs, delivery commitments, and resource utilization.
  • Manage vendor and third-party engagements when applicable.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Delivery roles.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience leading Agile delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage globally distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA or relevant technical discipline).
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in Payments, Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, E-commerce, or Digital Transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Microservices, Data Platforms, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience leading digital modernization or cloud transformation initiatives.
