As a Senior Consultant  in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations

Job Description : 

• Domain: Commercial Lending, Corporate Banking, and Credit Assessment
• Experience Range: 7–14 years
• Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle — from onboarding, credit appraisal, limit setup, collateral, credit policy understanding, to loan disbursement and servicing.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Lending Origination Systems (LOS) / Loan Management Systems (LMS) or credit evaluation solutions in banks or NBFCs.
• Good understanding of credit risk and regulatory metrics such as RWA (Risk Weighted Assets), EAD (Exposure at Default), and LGD (Loss Given Default).

• Domain: Credit Transformation / Corporate Lending
• Key Skills:
• Product ownership experience in large-scale lending or credit transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending solutions such as Finacle LOS, BaNCS, or FINOne.
• Experience in defining product roadmaps, managing feature prioritization, and ensuring business alignment.
• Exposure to data analytics or data science, and ability to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
