Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 2-6 years of experience in developing modern web applications using React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across the frontend and backend layers.

The role requires hands-on experience in building responsive user interfaces, developing RESTful APIs and microservices, integrating databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions while following industry best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.

Front-End Development:

• Design and develop responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components using React.js.
• Build user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React frameworks.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar technologies.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.

Back-End Development:

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures.
• Develop business logic, authentication, authorization, and data access layers.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems.

Database Development:

• Design and develop database schemas and data models.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Optimize queries and ensure efficient database performance.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Write unit, integration, and API tests.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and performance.

DevOps & Deployment:

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Participate in monitoring, logging, and application support activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams for deployments.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

• 2-6 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with React.js development.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js development.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience using Git-based version control systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with SonarQube and code quality tools.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
