Overview
The Global Digital Marketing team is looking for a Senior Specialist in the area of Search Marketing (SEO + AEO + Content Strategy) to drive search marketing campaigns. This would be an individual contributor role and an ideal candidate will play a crucial role to improve our brand visibility, build a strong online presence and assist in achieving larger marketing objectives through search marketing.
Role
· Independently managing and executing end-to-end search marketing (SEO+AEO) campaigns for various digital assets.
· Plan and support global content strategy in sync with the SEO work to drive content and page structures towards conversions.
· Collaborate with developers, content writers, creative designers, and project managers to execute content strategy plans in sync with search marketing recommendations.
· Communicating with different business units to understand their objectives and accordingly developing search marketing strategies & executing them to help achieve their goals.
· Developing high-quality, optimized content related to search marketing.
· Performing SEO technical audits & on-page optimization on a regular basis to maintain search engine friendliness of the sites.
· Analyzing search performance and generating insightful reports and dashboards.
· Staying updated with latest SEO trends, including AI-powered search, and implementing them in day-to-day work.
· Contributing to the ongoing development of best practices and guidelines to be followed in the area of search marketing, especially covering the latest developments in the AI-powered search space.
· Improving work efficiency by leveraging tools & automating processes.
· Integrating search marketing with other pillars of digital marketing to achieve larger marketing goals.
· Guiding & mentoring junior members of the team to help them deliver effectively & efficiently.
All About You
· Must have strong & proven experience in the field of search engine optimization, with an up-to-date knowledge on optimization in AI-powered search results.
· Must be a ‘content strategist’ with a deep understanding of Search-driven content architecture, user intent, and buying journeys.
· Must be able to define content themes, keyword strategies and map content strategically to buying journeys.
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must have high proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
· Must have solid understanding and experience working on platforms like Google Search Console, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics
· Good to have experience in mentoring junior team members
· Good to have an understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· Can easily collaborate with different teams within the organization
· Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
