         Your work profile

 

 

         As a Senior Consultant in our M&C Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients  with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

 

         Key skills required: 

 

 

  • Support and lead client-facing interactions with marketing, growth, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing and growth strategies.
  • Own workstreams within larger engagements — planning, execution oversight, and delivery quality.
  • Develop client-ready outputs including strategy decks, roadmaps, frameworks, and performance narratives.

 

 

          Growth & Marketing Strategy:

 

 

  • Contribute to the design of end-to-end growth strategies across the customer lifecycle.
  • Help define channel mix strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels aligned to business goals.
  • Support prioritisation of initiatives using data, insights, and business context.
  • Assist in defining KPIs, success metrics, and measurement approaches.
  • Channel Understanding & Execution Oversight

 

 

         Paid Channels:

 

 

  • Working knowledge of performance marketing across key platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).
  • Ability to assess campaign performance, budgets, and optimisation approaches.
  • Support clients in improving efficiency and scale through structured recommendations.

 

 

         Organic Channels:

 

 

  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and organic growth levers.
  • Familiarity with content-led and community-driven growth approaches.
  • Ability to evaluate organic performance and identify improvement areas.

 

 

         Owned Channels:

 

 

  • Knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp).
  • Exposure to segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey design.
  • Support recommendations around retention, cross-sell, and reactivation.

 

 

         Analytics & Insights

 

 

  • Work with data and analytics teams to interpret dashboards, funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Identify insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Support experimentation initiatives and incorporate learnings into scaled strategies.

 

 

         Required Qualifications & Experience:

 

 

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, or marketing strategy roles.
  • Experience in consulting, agency, or in-house roles with exposure to client-facing work.
  • Practical understanding of paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Experience contributing to strategy development and project delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

 

         Preferred Qualifications:

 

 

  • Experience working on multi-channel marketing or growth transformation engagements.
  • Exposure to BFSI, consumer, D2C, or technology-led businesses.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, martech platforms, or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams in complex environments.
