Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative D365 CRM & Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Power Platform solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) processes and business workflows, coupled with a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies. As a key member of our IT team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and effective CRM and Power Platform solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibility
1. Solution Design: Lead the architectural design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, considering business requirements, system integrations, scalability, and best practices.
2. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand CRM and business process requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
3. System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize D365 CRM an Power Platform components, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations, to meet specific business needs.
4. Integration: Design and implement seamless integrations between D365 CRM, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and efficient data flow.
5. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in implementing complex solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality code.
6. Solution Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment instructions.
7. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, taking measures to safeguard sensitive information.
8. Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.
9. Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry trends, new features, and updates related to D365 CRM and Power Platform, advising the organization on relevant advancements.
10. Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical insights, participating in solution presentations, and demonstrating expertise to potential clients.
Skill
1. Proven experience (15 to 18 years) designing and implementing large scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Handling a minimum 10 members Team.
2. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing D365 CRM components, including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins, client site scripting ( JS /TS)
3. Proficiency in Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Model Driven & Canvas APP) , Power Automate, Power Portal /Power Pages,.
4. Experience with integrating D365 CRM and Power Platform with other enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
5. Should have solution deployment exposure through manage/unmanage solution package
6. Solid understanding of software architecture principles, integration patterns, and data modeling.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
8. Excellent written & verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or similar.
10. Knowledge of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Nice to have
1. Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to CRM and Power Platform solutions.
2. Hands on exposure in Custom Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent , ADF , building CICD pipeline would be added advantage ,
3. Experience with Azure services and cloud-based architectures is a plus.
