Your work profile

• We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer with 3–9 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building autonomous AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations.

  You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and software development teams to architect scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions that solve complex business problems through intelligent automation.

 Key skills required: 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and implement Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.
• Create intelligent AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, document repositories, and third-party services.
• Design prompt engineering strategies to optimize model accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for business-specific use cases.
• Implement semantic search, document indexing, embedding generation, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Deploy AI workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production deployments.
• Monitor model performance, latency, token usage, and overall application health.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UI/UX, and Data Engineering throughout the software development lifecycle.
