Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
• Customize and configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, and middleware
• Perform data migration, data modeling, and transformation activities
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; optimize performance
• Participate in full SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or ERP modules)
• C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Dataverse (Entities, Relationships, Security model)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• REST APIs, OData, FetchXML
• Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
• SQL Server, SSRS / Power BI
• Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
• Agile and SDLC methodologies

Experience & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization
• Strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
• Hands-on experience in implementation or support projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• Experience working with global teams (preferred)
