Your work profile
Key Responsibilities
A. Staff Management and Allocation
- Identify project staffing needs and allocate resources across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor workload, balance capacity, and adjust assignments as agreed with leadership.
B.System Updates and Management
- Administer the PMO’s project management tools
- Ensure data integrity, configure dashboards
- Keep systems up to date with latest data
C. Reports Compilation & Excel Expertise
- Consolidate project data into weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
- Build and maintain Excel models to support decision‑making.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure timely distribution of reports to stakeholders.
D. Status Reporting
- Produce concise, real‑time status updates.
- Maintain a central repository of status documentation.
Additional Responsibilities (optional but often expected)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics.
- Support portfolio prioritization and strategic alignment activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in project management or PMO environments.
Core Skills
- Strong people‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and data‑visualisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Pune
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
