Your work profile

Key Responsibilities

A. Staff Management and Allocation

• Identify project staffing needs and allocate resources across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor workload, balance capacity, and adjust assignments as agreed with leadership.

B.System Updates and Management

• Administer the PMO’s project management tools
• Ensure data integrity, configure dashboards
• Keep systems up to date with latest data

C. Reports Compilation & Excel Expertise

• Consolidate project data into weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain Excel models to support decision‑making.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure timely distribution of reports to stakeholders.

D. Status Reporting

• Produce concise, real‑time status updates.
• Maintain a central repository of status documentation.

Additional Responsibilities (optional but often expected)

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics.
• Support portfolio prioritization and strategic alignment activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in project management or PMO environments.

Core Skills

• Strong people‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and data‑visualisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Location and way of working: 

• Base location: Pune
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
