Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and deployment.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and provide technical support during UAT and production rollout.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to Salesforce security and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other modules.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
