      Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Resource with 5–8 years of strong hands-on expertise in custom development and system integrations. The candidate should be capable of owning end-to-end technical solutions, designing scalable integration architectures, and delivering high-quality Salesforce customizations aligned with business needs.

  • Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
  • Lead and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi), and event-driven patterns
  • Architect and develop custom business logic using Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex
  • Build reusable, scalable, and secure Salesforce components aligned with best practices
  • Customize Salesforce using:
  • Custom Objects & Fields
  • Validation Rules, Flows, Workflows
  • Reports & Dashboards
  • Perform data integrations and migrations using APIs and ETL tools
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits
  • Participate in technical design discussions, solution architecture, and code reviews
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using Salesforce DX and DevOps tools
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
  • Mentor junior developers and act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders

Key skills required: 

  • 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce technical experience
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Apex (Triggers, Classes, Asynchronous Apex)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce
  • Deep experience in Salesforce Integrations:
  • REST & SOAP APIs
  • Named Credentials
  • Platform Events
  • Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica – preferred)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Salesforce Data Model
  • Security Model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
  • Governor Limits & Performance Optimization
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL
  • Strong background in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools

    Desired Qualifications: 

    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
    • At least 1-2 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
    • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

    Location and way of working: 

    • Base location: PAN India
    • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
