Your work profile

As Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional with 3 to 8 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) in regulated environments.
  • Experience in validation of software applications and computer systems.
  • Hands-on involvement in GxP analysis, gap assessments, and ERES assessments.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance and risk management principles.
  • Understanding and application of GAMP 5 guidelines.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 (USFDA) and EU Annex 11 regulations.
  • Experience working in FDA-regulated environments with good understanding of cGxP.
  • Participation in GxP relevance assessments and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance activities.
  • Coordination of incident management including corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support in change control evaluations and maintenance of validated systems.
  • Assisting in system administration and maintaining validated states.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Completed multiple end-to-end computer validation projects.
  • Exposure to regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
  • Good working knowledge of GAMP 5 and related quality regulations.
  • Practical experience in validation and qualification of computer systems.

Additional Competencies:

  • Ability to work effectively within project teams.
  • Basic project coordination skills.
  • Client and stakeholder communication support.

Location and way of working

  • Base location: Pune
  • Professional is required to work from office


Your role as Assistant Manager

  • Strong experience managing programs or products within a Network Security context, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools and technologies such as firewalls, proxies, network access controls, and related security infrastructure.
  • Analytical strength with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business and technical outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build trust and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models and navigating cross-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in articulating security topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of compliance, risk, and regulatory obligations associated with security operations
