Your Work Profile

 

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with strong Quality Management and Governance expertise to support the review, design, and implementation of quality management and remediation processes.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with business, governance, technology, and testing stakeholders to gather requirements, document current processes, define revised operating models, and support the implementation of new quality rules and governance controls.
  • Document the current ("as-is") Quality Management processes.
  • Identify process gaps, pain points, dependencies, controls, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the design and implementation of a revised Quality Management and remediation process based on DQ Hub outputs.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with business, governance, and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into clear process flows, requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and operating procedures.
  • Support business teams in addressing quality queries, issues, and remediation expectations.
  • Review the existing Governance model and recommend revisions required to accommodate the DQ Hub-based process.
  • Define and document governance responsibilities, ownership, escalation paths, approval processes, and decision-making forums.
  • Work with business owners to define, review, and secure sign-off for new quality business rules.
  • Maintain traceability between quality issues, business requirements, rules, controls, testing, and remediation outcomes.
  • Support the preparation and execution of testing for new and revised quality rules.
  • Coordinate with business and technology teams to validate test results, manage defects, and obtain stakeholder acceptance.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including responding to queries, resolving process issues, and supporting the transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Produce regular status updates and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to the appropriate stakeholders.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management, including issue identification, validation, root-cause analysis, remediation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of Governance principles, including ownership, stewardship, policies, standards, controls, approval mechanisms, and escalation processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, process, and governance requirements.
  • Ability to create process maps, requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, governance models, and operating procedures.
  • Experience supporting the definition, approval, implementation, and testing of quality business rules.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work with senior business stakeholders, owners, stewards, governance teams, technology teams, and testing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working across multiple business units and managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and delivery-focused environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise Quality platforms would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of banking, regulatory expectations, and enterprise governance frameworks is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
