The team

As part of the Global Network Security Enablement Chapter, the focus is on driving operational efficiency, ensuring consistency in service delivery, and embedding continuous improvement across our Network Security landscape. The team works collaboratively across global functions, bringing together expertise in technology, process, and security.


Your work profile

 

As Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strong experience managing programs or products within a Network Security context, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools and technologies such as firewalls, proxies, network access controls, and related security infrastructure.
  • Analytical strength with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business and technical outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build trust and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models and navigating cross-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in articulating security topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of compliance, risk, and regulatory obligations associated with security operations.

 

 

 

Desired qualifications

  • Familiar with key security concepts and products with basic understanding of firewalls, DDoS service, VPN, malware scanner, TLS protocol, proxies, web security, etc.
  • Familiarity with a range of security technologies and concepts, including DDoS mitigation, VPN, TLS/SSL, malware scanners, proxies, and cloud-based security solutions.
  • Exposure to IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and implement automation to reduce manual effort and enhance reliability.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are valued.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams and managing initiatives at scale

We are seeking experienced and results-oriented Product Managers to lead and support strategic initiatives within Network Security. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking end-to-end ownership of high-impact deliverables and ensuring timely execution with measurable outcomes.
  • 3-5+ years of experience . This is a contractual role of 1 year on the payroll of Deloitte India
  • Managing external vendors and service providers to ensure quality, compliance, and value delivery.
  • Presenting and communicating progress, risks, and successes to key stakeholders and senior leadership through structured forums.
  • Conducting detailed root cause analysis and developing data-driven service improvement plans with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
  • Creating and distributing mass communications and updates across relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Driving prioritization of backlog items and aligning delivery plans with business goals and security objectives.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs to monitor the health and effectiveness of services delivered.
  • Participating in or leading governance forums and change advisory boards.
  • Influencing the product roadmap by advocating for security best practices and technology modernization.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
