4. Knowledge on Entra ID connect: Configurations, modifications and troublshooting of sync issues
5. Configuration of B2B, B2C and knowledge of Hybrid Domain join
6. Experience in automation and PowerShell scripting
7. Knowledge of Data Analytics tools like Excel or PowerBI
8. Good communication skills
