Assistant Manager – ServiceNow Developer (5–8 years experience)

Role Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end development, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules. Works with senior team members to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
• Customize UI Pages, Widgets, and Catalog Items as per requirements.
• Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts.
• Collaborate with the business analyst and architects to refine technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform performance.
• Participate in platform upgrades and version alignment activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Familiar with integration techniques using REST/SOAP.
• Hands-on with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• CSA certification required; CIS certification is an advantage.
